Well, when I feel I need motivation or inspiration, I listen or watch on of Tony's seminars.

Tony has the ability to inspire and motivate more people than anyone I know.

He talks in layman terms so everyone that has the wish to change or just get focused to understand. I find his attitude to life and people in general truly awesome.

Like he says, Pull your shoulders back and life up your head and you will feel better in an instant. It works because you breathe better and your self image soars.

The one thing that Tony speaks about is "if your life does not match up to your expectations than you will be unhappy" and the answer to that problem is change your expectations, re-focus your attention to what you really want.

Ask relevant questions and put the answers into a new goal plan.

The next saying that Tony talks about is "Life will pay you whatever you ask for"

So true. If you aim low you will get low.

Clarity is power. Decide what is important to you and ask specific questions and requests

Know the reason why you are asking.

What is your action plans (always good to have a couple)

Change your daily habits to become more pro action and productive

Focus on your needs and give freely to others.

Seek and you shall find.

Let Yourself feel Proud of what you have done in your life

Let Yourself feel Grateful of all the things that have happened your life. That is how you become a deeper person, because of the ups and downs and how you overcome them.

Let Yourself feel excited. You only have one life. Live Your Life.

Everyone of us have experienced the good and the bad that life has to offer. The only difference is our attitude and how we dealt with them.

Some people love to say: "It always happens to me" and others will say: "Wow, that was a learning curve"
