I love Time Management for Internet Marketers and everyone that knows me will tell you that is one of the first skill I like to teach in our live training conference room for Internet Marketers.
How can Time Management help you to run your life smoothly and with a reduction of daily stress?
The answer is simple. If you have a time table that you have constructed with all your daily chores to do for that day you have already saved yourself a lot of stress and frustration.
High Achievers always have a Time Management Structure in place. It is also important to remember that no Time Management rooster should be made out in stone because "Life" Happens and by that I mean there is always the unexpected that crops up and you need to be flexible enough to make changes as you need to. Please do not let your Time Management schedule add to your stress, it is there to relief your stress.

How to use time management to pass an exam
How to use time management to pass an exam or use the basic principles to plan a new marketing campaign.
Hello there TrudyVan here,
The very first thing you need to do before you even attempt to set out your time management rooster for a specific exam you are studying for is to read through the syllabus at least twice.
Most students will sit to write an exam not having read through the entire syllabus even once.
You need to use Topic and sub topic headings from you lecture notes
Take sheets of paper for each topic or subject and make your list of the main topics and the sub topics.
Read through your list and mark next to each main topic and sub topic with a number.
1 for knowing and understanding up to 5 which is for not knowing or understanding at all
Take another sheet of paper and put the days of the week as headings and under the days add one topic from your list that you know and 1 topic that you know nothing about.
Do this for each day of the first week.
Now you need to allocate time to each of the topics. Mark the number 5 topic with an hour and you study that one first, then the topic with the number 1 another hour and you study this second. You do this for the first week.
The second week
Now you need to list the days of the week with topics number 2 and 4 on your list
The third week
Now you need to list the days of the week with topic number 3 plus any of the topics from 1,2,4 and 5 that you did not study.
The fourth week is revision of all the topics. You need to re read your notes and syllabus.
The idea behind this is to get you to learn what you know and what you do not know without getting frustated. Having a plan to study does help cut down on the stress that you will feel when the finals come around
