Banana Benefits and Trees
Hello there, TrudyVan here
I was told about 20 years ago after my surgery and Chemotherapy for womb cancer that I was to have atleast 1 to 2 banana's a day. I have done so and on the days that I do not have banana's I feel tired as I work a long day.
I have am fortunate to have banana trees growing in my garden. It is amazing to see how they start off and produce fruit. Their broad leaves give shelter to a whole range of garden birds as well. Nutrition and dietary information about bananas.
I hope you enjoy the photos and that you will add bananas to your daily diet.
Kindest regards
