I have booked my christmas present. Amazon Kindle has gone global and it is now availiable for the first time in South Africa.
That was a long anticipated wait for us. What a pleasure. We can now enjoy our favorite books such as "Think like a man, act like a lady", popular international newspapers and magazines as well.
Kindle is a wire-less ebook reader. The new improved Kindle makes it perfect for the elder folk, like me that need a bigger print. Amazon Kindle is the best way to read books. You can have a good couple of books loaded.
You can take all your books you want to read with you when you are on holiday. Wow, that leaves me more space in the truck for other things. Think of a book and you could be reading it in under a minute.
Kindle with global wireless. You can have English language books delivered wirelessly in about a minute. You get Free 3G wireless with no monthly fees or Service plans. You also do not have to search for Wi-Fi hotspots anymore. The Kindle makes the perfect gift for birthdays and Christmas
The Amazon Kindle has an electronic-paper display so it looks and feels like paper. It is simple to use and you do not need a pc or cables. It is fully portable. Kindle will let you download and read the beginning of books for free. Just like taking a real book and reading the cover and right up before purchasing.
Kindle has a built-in Dictionary, making an ideal gift for school children as well.

Hi There TrudyVan. Wow great hub, my friend. I got "Think Like a Man, Act Like a Lady" for my birthday. Great book. I remember when kindle launched here in North America, so freeing to not have to lug printed books around and to be able to get them instantaneously wherever you are.
